One of our biggest goals on every job is not to disturb oxidation or damage surfaces. High-pressure washing can strip paint, force water behind siding, damage seals, leave wand marks, and permanently remove oxidation from vinyl. Once oxidation is gone, it can’t be put back.

Low Pressure Washing:

It's the only way to safely clean your home or business without damage.  


The term pressure washing has become synonymous with high pressure. While high pressure is sometimes used on concrete it should never be used on wood, vinyl, brick, or any other soft material. A soft wash incorporates special low-pressure nozzles on the end of a pressure washing wand. That’s combined with a biodegradable chemical that removes the biological elements (mold, algae, pollen, dirt, moss) and other stains without damaging surfaces on your home or killing your plants. Not only does our soft washing method clean surfaces, such as you roof, deck, patio, siding or fence, safely and thoroughly, it also maintains stains, paints, and masonry longer.


At Stanch’s we take our name seriously and take pride in our work. 


We pair safe detergents with LOW water pressure to restore your property to its NEW look. You will not have to worry about window seals or high pressure marks from traditional pressure washers. All organic stains mold, algae and mildew will be gone and will not come back for years to come depending on sun exposure and moisture.



We  also include FREE gutter brightening with every house wash. (Remove Black Streaks from gutters). Others companies might charge for this service but we include this in our service. We want your property to look it’s best when our service is completed.


We clean all delicate surfaces with low pressure. (House, decks, fences, awnings and more). We let the detergents do the work not high pressure. 

Paver Sanding and Sealing

We are experts in paver sealing and sanding. There are many colors and finishes to choice from. We use only industry leading sealers Trident products. You cannot find this at Home Depot.

Exterior Window Cleaning

We use a professional water-fed pole system with purified water to clean exterior windows. The soft brush agitates and loosens dirt, pollen, and surface buildup, while purified water rinses the glass and allows it to air-dry spot-free without towel drying.

This service helps complete your home’s exterior cleaning, leaving your windows looking clear and refreshed. Oxidation, hard-water stains, and mineral deposits may require a separate restoration treatment.

Gutter Cleaning and Gutter Guards

At Stanch’s Property Services, we clean your entire gutter system and flush the gutters and downspouts to ensure proper flow before installing our stainless steel gutter guards.
