Exterior window cleaning

At Stanch’s Property Services, our exterior window cleaning is designed to complement our soft washing service—not replace it. That’s why we do not offer window cleaning as a standalone service.

Our process uses a professional pure water-fed pole system that filters impurities from the water, allowing your windows to dry naturally with a spot-free, streak-free finish. Using purified water and soft bristle brushes, we safely clean your exterior glass without harsh chemicals or high pressure.

Our recommendation is simple: Start with a soft wash first. Many times, what appears to be dirty windows is actually dirt, pollen, algae, spider webs, and grime on the home’s exterior. Once the house is soft washed, you’ll often be surprised by how much better the windows look.

If your windows still have oxidation, hard water stains, or years of built-up residue, that’s when it’s time to add our pure water-fed pole exterior window cleaning. In some cases, stubborn staining requires a little extra elbow grease, and we’ll always set the right expectations before we begin.
